Pirates Of The Sea to represent Latvia at Eurovision Song Contest 2008

The following songs competed at tonight’s Latvian national preselection for the Eurovision 2008, Eirodziesma:
1. Deja vu - I’m a part of you
2. Kristīna Zaharova feat. Julian - Until you find a friend
3. Sabīne Berezina - If I only knew
4. Pirates Of The Sea - Wolves of the sea
5. Peter Garden & Juris Vizbulis - Memory Lane
6. Funky Drivers - Summertime
7. Triānas Parks - Bye bye
8. Elizabete Zagorska - Take me home
9. Aisha - You really got me going
10. Andris Ērglis - Broken lullaby
Maltese representative, Morena, Lithuanian Jeronimas Milius, Elnur and Samir from Azerbaijan and Czech representative Tereza Kerndlova performed as guests at the Eirodziesma.
Three of the finalists, Aisha, Pirates Of The Sea and Andris Ērglis proceeded to the super final where a second round of voting decided that the Pirates will go to Belgrade to represent Latvia at 53. Eurovision Song Contest.
