The accredited journalists at this year Eurovision Song Contest estimate that the Greek J. Lo, Kalomoira and Russian Dima Bilan are no longer on top of the Eurovision favorites list.
A survey that included more than 2000 journalists at the Eurovision press centre predicts that Ukrainian entrant Ani Lorak will be the winner of Eurovision 2008.
Her song “Shady Lady” has won 11,9% of votes in the official survey while Serbian representative Jelena Tomašević, with “Oro” got only one vote less.
Portuguese Vânia Fernandes won third place with her powerful voice, with just two votes difference from Jelena.
Young Israeli singer Boaz Mauda is on fourth place (with 8,7% of votes), followed by ex Eurovision winner Charlotte Perelli, with one vote difference.
7,7% of the journalists voted for Azerbaijani angel and devil, Elnur Houseynov and Samir Javadzade, and therefore placed them on the six place, ahead of Kalomoira who received 7,5% of all the votes.
Turkish “ultra-violet” rock band Mor Ve Otesi beat the big Russian Dima with 16 points difference leaving him at ninth place.
The last of the ten favorites, is Georgian Diana Gurtskaya, who won 5,7% of the journalists votes
The official survey conducted among the journalists before the first semi-final has proven to be incredibly precise because they guessed nine out of ten finalists.
