Hadise spent this weekend visiting Turkey to listen to some potential songs for her to take to the Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow, where she will represent the nation in May. The Belgian resident and local X Factor host will be spending an increasing amount of time flying between her adopted home and her homeland as she prepares her bid for Eurovision glory.
Hadise revealed on Belgian television that she would be visiting Turkey’s national broadcaster TRT to listen to some potential entries. She also confirmed that she would personally work on the lyrics, and would most likely be collaborating with songwriters in Belgium that she has met.
Hadise also paid tribute to the Turkish public, mentioning that they had twice voted for her to represent the country at the Eurovision Song Contest and that she was pleased to finally have the opportunity.
