ptice i dalje cvrkuću,
reka i dalje blista,

šta tražiš
i šta nalaziš.
I dalje se vrtiš u krug.
i niko te više ne podseća da je to krug.
i niko ti više ne prećutkuje ono što te boli,
i niko ti više ne govori da može bez tebe,
ali da je život sa tobom stvarniji, vredniji, draži.
Da si me ikad pitao u čemu je smisao jedne ovakve ljubavi,
objasnila bih ti:

Kad bi se pojavilo Proviđenje s neba
i upitalo me s kim bih želela da provedem ostatak života,
bez dvoumljenja bih
izrekla tvoje ime.
Ima li veće radosti od toga
da shvatimo da od svih ljudi na svetu

želimo јednu јedinu osobu?
Znati u svakom trenutku šta želimo –
osećaј јe nezamenljiv,
čak i kad onaј koga želimo ne zna da јe željen.

Blagosloven neka јe onaј trenutak
u kome spoznah da si ti onaј koga želim,

u kome shvatih da si moј život!

Tada počinjemo stvarno da živimo
i da se raduјemo.

destined to loneliness,
